Uniform

Uniform orders are to be placed online with Jenny Franklin Enterprises (jfe) by clicking here.

The jfe website will have the uniform price list and more information available to parents.

The uniform shop will open during school terms every Friday morning from 8.20am to 9.00am.

Uniforms can be tried on for size and purchased at this time and EFTPOS facilities will be available.

Online orders placed prior to 12 noon Thursday will be delivered to classrooms on Fridays.

Exchanges / refunds are to be made within 14 days of purchase date. All goods must be returned in their original condition, not having been worn or washed, however we do not refund due to change of mind. Refunds/exchanges, will all be at jfe discretion. jfe reserve the right to repair any garment due to a fault in manufacture and will do so in a timely manner.

Please Note...

• The uniform is compulsory.
• In summer, girls who prefer an alternative to the dress, may wear the white school shirt as outlined in this policy and the green skort (available from the uniform shop). In winter, girls may choose to wear the grey pants as outlined in this policy instead of the girls winter skirt.
• The correct school uniform is to be worn at all times. It is a family responsibility to ensure that students have the required items of unifom. Family support for a high standard of uniform will also help the development of student self-discipline.
• The uniform is, at all times, to be in a neat, clean and tidy condition, and kept in good repair.
• The knitted school jumper is to be worn with the dress or the winter skirt – not with the tracksuit pants instead of the windcheater.
• Shoes must be polished.
• With the exception of shoes, sandals and sandshoes which may be purchased from any of your usual stores. ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SCHOOL’S UNIFORM SHOP ONLY.
• Hair – hair that is longer than collar length needs to be tied back. Dyed hair and radical haircuts or hairstyles are not acceptable.
• Jewellery – The only items of jewellery permitted are:
  
  1. A wrist watch
  2. One only gold or silver stud in each ear lobe
  3. A medic-alert bracelet (if required)
  4. A necklace with religious significance, which may be worn under the school uniform
• Make-up – Make-up and nail varnish are not to be worn
• Hats – All children are required to wear the school hat at recess, lunch time and sport times.
• School Bag – The School bag is optional but strongly encouraged and is available from the Uniform Shop.

Parents are asked to ensure that all items of clothing are clearly marked with the child’s name in full. No initials please.

The staff will be under instruction to monitor the standard of dress and presentation each day. The following steps will be implemented if a child is wearing the incorrect uniform:

1. The teacher will informally remind the child to wear the correct uniform the next day.
2. If the child continues to wear the incorrect uniform a note will be sent home asking you to ensure your child wears the correct uniform. You will be asked to respond to this note.
3. If your child still continues to wear the incorrect uniform the Principal will be notified.
